For each new client you refer to us who registers at our practice, we will provide a £10 discount to you and another to your friend! There's no limit to the number of friends you can recommend!

The new client must not have been treated at the practice within the last two years.
A client cannot recommend another person living at the same address
The new client will have £10 credit added to their account when they register. The existing client will receive their credit when the new client attends their first appointment.
The £10 credit can be redeemed against professional services such as consultations, vaccinations and microchipping, within 12 months of the date this form is submitted.
The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
Offer applies per client recommended, not per pet.
