Are you delighted with our service and eager to spread the word to a friend? This brings immense joy to all of us here at the practice. In fact, we're so thrilled that we'd like to extend a gesture of gratitude by offering you and your friend £10 off your next transaction!

What are the details?

To refer a friend, simply advise them to include your name and address in the Recommend a Friend form when they sign up as a client. Once your friend has registered and availed of our services, our practice team will deduct £10 from your next invoice. Your friend will also receive a discount of £10 on their first invoice, provided it meets the necessary criteria.

There's no limit to the number of friends you can recommend, so start sharing and treat your pet to an abundance of new treats and toys!

The new client must not have been treated at the practice within the last two years.
A client cannot recommend another person living at the same address
The new client will have £10 credit added to their account when they register. The existing client will receive their credit when the new client attends their first appointment.
The £10 credit can be redeemed against professional services such as consultations, vaccinations and microchipping, within 12 months of the date this form is submitted.
The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
Offer applies per client recommended, not per pet.
